HIV?? Ano Daw?? Eww Scary..

Sinong may HIV?...VIRUS yan diba.. Nakakahawa!! Wag tayong makipagusap dyan. Mamatay na yan.. Marumi kasing tao yan.. Bakla yan..

Mali.

Are You Ready to take the Test? Handa ka ba?

Hindi eto issue kung high risk kayo.. ( gets nyo?) Ito ay isang makataong paraan upang maiwasan pang makahawa ng iba.

Trek to Ambon Ambon Falls: Fun and Cheap way to escape the City Life

Bored of the usual getaway this summer?

Here's an awesome idea that you're family  will surely like.

Panguil River Eco Park
Pangil Laguna, Philippines

I am really Thankful to God that everything went out well for our day trip to Pangil, Laguna.
I could not ask for any other place to spend my first holiday of the year than to be with the people I love and to do the things that I want. It's a great way to escape to the busy city life without spending much.

Finding the place wasn't hard at all.  They have a large billboard on main road like this to guide you.

Entrance Fee from 6am to 6pm is Php 40
Plus P10 parking fee

Tip: Come early and during weekdays so that you can choose the best cottage. :)

The bridge to cross the other side of the river
Our cottage by the river worth P200
bigger cottage worth P400

Frankly the water is so cold but tolerable  :) something you wish you wanna do during hot days in manila.

What's so good about this trip is that we have fun in just about everything. Its like bringing out the child in us. We dont even care if we are unprepared (*-*) my bad. ( Kanin lang kasi dala ko..very good  diba..hhehe) Good things locals outside the park sell food at a cheap price of P10 yes P10 per ulam. The taste is not bad at all specially for our hungry tummy.. hehehe.

To fully understand how much fun we had in this place here some of our captured moments:

Their version of slide.. I did it twice
There are small fishes near the cottage and we are so thrilled seeing them
We saw this family of goats dropped by, Cute ^_^

Watching these kids bring so much joy.
The weather permits us to trek to Ambon Ambon Falls (P60 per person min of 6)

If your up to a different kind of adventure then don't miss the chance of seeing the majestic falls...
and because were together I could say the journey is even more fun than the distination.

The Trek took us about 30 min since we have not so young people with us..  (>_<) But kudos for them because they made it. and its not easy hike I could say..

But its all worthed...

Piit Falls

You have wait for your turn to cross the river with the raft...  This is the first stop ...There's another two.

The Trek is no challenge for me but riding the raft is... I really don't mind if the raft sank what concerns me is my gadgets being submerge to water. So every time like were sinking I scream so much and tried to move around to balance the weight. But it was fun..

I risk taking my cam just to capture this.  ^_^

A Very much Happy Tito
Group Pic in one of the small falls with sexy kuya at the background hehe
Eva & Adan? Is that you?
waiting mode...
Photo bumming

Ambon Ambon Falls... at last
Hard massage of Ambon Ambon Falls
^_^ Love it

Water Tubing along the way P30 per person

Just in case you wonder whose in charge of our things the cottage owner volunteered to guard it for us. His son stayed at the cottage for us and gave him P20 for his service.

So that's it.

This is no perfect place, There still so many things to improve. Like the CR, the langaw, the slippery staires...etc.. We just have to overlook it and enjoy every moment.

I hope you find this blog helpful. till next happy moments.
God bless you all

Energizer Night Race Manila: My First 5K Run

Another First of my running career.. chos.
A breakthrough from being couch potato to 5K finisher.
 Way to go Sam ^_^

Last May 4, Saturday I participated my first fun run (My 3k Kapuso Fun Run is pa cute mode only..hehe). I registered under 5K Category. Its a Night Race organized by ENERGIZER PHILIPPINES and GMA.

Here is what included in my Php 700 Race Kit
-there is also a pen included for designing your bib.

As early as 6:00pm the assembly area is already jampacked with runners proudly wearing their designed bib. You can say that some really took time on it.

This is my contribution. hehe

Sam version 2.0

And since we arrived early we got a chance to take a photo in the photobooth...and of course we took  time taking our before photos...

freshness pa ang peg

My bag is packed with cellphones, wallets, and my water

At The Assembly Area with my friends

                                                                   Runners testing their headlights

And the Race begins...

At first we tried to run together but eventually got separated on the way. It is really  difficult to move  with so many people around you. I guess you have to find a  way to avoid bumping each other. I ran as I can,  and walk to catch my breath. Later on the race I thought of something to motivate me. I counted the guide cones and tried to run passing 20 cones and stop at 10 or five or anything that marks a distance. I should have thought of that from the start... anyways this is my first time.  Since I have my water bottle with me, It saves me time in dropping by to water stations. Everytime I felt that I need to drink, I only sip to avoid side pains.if you know what I mean. I did stop once to fill up my water... and for the picture, I did notice cameras catching me running but sadly I can't find any of my pictures taken by Energizers Photographers. At last I can see the finish line now, a girl handed me a certificate. Wow.. Thats amazing.. Im going to do it again.. ^_^ I did some litle cooling down because I felt like my knees are shaking.

Many people have come to race for different reasons, but whaterver it is brings people together, Families, Friends, officemates, couples. And It is so inspiring to see them. For me, I run to challenge myself on how far I can go. To take action of my promise to God in taking good care of my body. I did pray that I may finish the race in less than 50 mins and God gave me more that.

After Photos

Till next Fun Run..

Meet the Sexier Kim Sam Soon: Kim Sun Ah as Janine Hwang of I Do,I Do

Who could not remember KIM SAM SOON(Kim Soen-ah) of the hit Koreanovela "MY NAME IS  KIM SAM-SOON". a chubby pastry chef who was loved by a very rude yet handsome CYRUS(Hyun Bin).

This is one of my favorite Korean Series, the character is so addictive that I would find myself day dreaming to be with her night and shining armor Cyrus. Throughout the show I'm expecting that in the end there will be grand transformation to a sexy Sam Soon but it didn't happened - but it's alright ending turned Ok anyways.  ^__^

Enough of my fascination of Kim Sam Soon.... . Sometime in April this year teaser of I do,I do was aired in GMA 7 shows, and guess what I was startled to see a fiercier and sexsier Kim Seon-ah.
The pilot episode was aired May 6 as part of their DRAMARAMA sa Hapon/ Afternoon Prime - Right  after ang KAKAMBAL ni Elliana..so set your alarm at 5:00 pm on weekdays for a daily dose of Korean     Romantic - Comedy to brighten up your day.

I Do, I Do
Kim Soen-ah gained 10 kilos for her role in Kim Sam Sung and have to loose weight after. It really shows how dedicated and professional she is in her craft.  She is now 37 years old and still look stunning. Just to picture what I'm talking about here's her transformation.

As stated in her interview in allkpop.com, she really pushes her limits to fit the role of dying woman in Scent of a Woman, that includes eating only one meal a day.

She said, “I lost a lot of weight because I was going to play a character who was dying. Filming was continuously pleasant, but as a dying character, I had to become thin. The director did feel sorry about it, but I wish he had focused more on the drama’s story rather than my outer appearance.

For four months, I ate rice once a day and slept for about two hours a day. It was really difficult, but I wanted to devote myself to the role.

To be honest, a lot of people ask me about my diet, but I truthfully do not want to tell them.
It was very painful and intolerable. More than anything, I am afraid of people of following me because the diet is not a healthy one.

I really enjoy exercising, but given the conditions, I couldn’t do it often. After I’m done with this project, I plan on using that chance to train my body again. My mental health is still good.”
